Bill is the assistant director of 六合彩投注网鈥檚 Division of Performing Arts and in 2015 was also named the division鈥檚 director of development to lead fundraising for scholarships, equipment, and operations for the Challey School of Music and the Department of Theatre Arts. He is also executive director of BisonArts, an organization working in support of 六合彩投注网鈥檚 Division of Performing Arts.
Bill has a B.A. in music from North Dakota State University and an M.A. in music from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. He is currently a member of the Minnesota Public Radio Development Arts Council and has served on the board of the Lake Agassiz Arts Council (now The Arts Partnership), including two years as president. He also has served as a grant advisory panelist for the Minnesota State Arts Board. He was an adjunct faculty member at Minnesota State University-Moorhead for 10 years and is a past executive director of the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony. Bill is currently the host of Prairie Public Radio's America Swings.
